1. Crisis Management Plan

Every trip listed on JoinYourTrip (JYT) must be equipped with a comprehensive crisis management plan. This plan is to be developed in collaboration with JYT to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

2. Vendor and Staff Details

Trip Leaders are required to clearly submit and mention all details of the vendors and staff involved in the trip. This includes, but is not limited to, accommodation providers, transportation services, and activity organizers.

3. Promotion and Word of Mouth

Trip Leaders should make a concerted and accountable effort to promote their trips. This includes spreading the word of mouth to attract more participants and enhance the trip experience.

4. Service Fee

JYT will charge a 15% service fee on the total trip cost. This fee covers the use of the platform and the services provided by JYT.

5. Compliance with Local Laws

Trip Leaders must ensure that their trips comply with all local laws and regulations in the destinations they are operating.

6. Responsibility

Trip Leaders are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided about their trips. Any discrepancies or false information may result in penalties or removal from the platform.

7. Communication

Trip Leaders must maintain clear and prompt communication with participants and JYT. This includes responding to inquiries and providing updates about the trip.

8. Liability

JYT is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the trips. Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for protection.

9. No Shipping of Products

Please note that we do not sell any physical products that require shipping. All our offerings are digital or service-based and are delivered electronically or performed as services.
